activity component quantity tracking

Hiiiiiiiiiii Experts,

I need your help in an issue.

Issue:

I am adding a material component to an activity.Then I saved it and PR has been generated.After some time I changed the quantity of the material component (for example 2-3 times).Till now no PO has been made for this material.

Is it possible to track all the previous quantity of this material in any report or through any transaction.

U can use change documents for project....for that u need to activate change documents for network in network parameters in OPUV....this will record all the changes made to the network and it activities...so whenever u change quantity of the material component assigned to activities...it will record the changes and same can be seen in report CN60....it will show the list of changes like old value, new value, date, time, user for the material component..etc.

One more thing, in cn60 it shows the component old value and new value in base unit of measure.Is it possible to get it in unit of entry(UNE) in the screen cj20n.

for example, say material A has base unit as meter , but I have entered it in ton in cj20n.

Then report will show

New value old value

x merter y meter

requried

x ton y ton

can it be achieved

Hi,

You can open that PR (ME53N).

In Menu Bar-->Environment --> Item changes

You can see the history of Item Changes.
