Display Purchasing Documents by Number (ME2N) standard app configuration issue in Fiori

Hi Expert,

I need to implement standard Display Purchasing Documents by Number (ME2N) app

in our sandbox system- This is I can see SAP GUI application in fiori apps library. so , there is not application or odata service is there to activate, in configuration section , it only mention catalogue and target mapping details, but SAP_TC_PRC_BE_APPS this catalogue is not present in our front end fiori server . search result returns 0 in launchpad designer . Can anyone please help me on this , how to make this app work and configure and how we can get this catalogue in our Fiori front end system.

Front end software component -

Back end Software component -

S4CORE 101

is available in sandbox system .

We are using S/4HANA 1610 as back end

You may need to fetch all catalogs again from backend using below tcode.

/UI2/APPDESC_GET

You may need to have proper HTTP connection and proper <system alias>_RFC entries in type 3 connection.
