Hi

Can any one guide me after go live if any ticket come for correction what is the process to do so i mean how to take back in development server then transport to testing server and finally to production.

Hello Mukesh,

The process of handling a ticket is depends on the type of ticket / issue you get.

But in general........

If any development related ticket, then you have to do the necessary correction or customisation in the Development system and then release the TR (transport request) to Quality system via SE10 / SE09 transaction, from there it will be moved to Production i.e after the approval in Quality system (by your team lead or manager)

The process of TMS (transport management system) it varies company to company.
