PR overall release

hi,

I have configured release strategy for PR with classification. The strategy works fine for item-wise release of PR, but when i am trying to change it to overall release by selecting the indicator "OverReqRel" for the release group the release strategy is not gettign picked up. what might be reason.

Dear Alexandro,

This was because you had not yet defined the "overall release" indicator for the particular

doc. type via spro-mm-pur-define doc. type. However, i will advice you not to switch on and

off this indicator once you had used it as this will create possible inconsistency if you still

had not PR's that not completed yet the business process.

For example now, you had a PR that was subject to item wise release and later on you change

this, the PR's will be affected.

Hi,

Please enable check box for the PR document type in spro-MM-PR-Define document type and try.

Also, check the values maintained in customisation are the same in PR.

Tick the OVRELPreq indicator ticked under the release group of the release strategy settings in the SPRO..

and then try again..
