Requistion creation from reservation

Hi experts,

Please suggest to implement following business requirement.

Our various plants want to list theri montly requirements of materials using any standard SAP functionality, which will be compiled by our stores

store will create a PR in reference to compiled materils requirement.

Please suggest how to implement the same

Hi

You can use MD61 (Planned Independent requirement) to enter you monthly requirements and then simply Run MRP (Materials Requirement Planning) T code - MD01 it will create Purchase requisitions...

These PR's can be converted to PO's further....

Hi Pawan,

Execute Tcode MB25.

Click on dynamic selection button- PR-

Click on execute..

Now you import this file to your excell sheet by clicking on System-List-Save- Local file- Spread sheet..

Now you will get all quantities in excell sheet and here you can do the analysis.

Check MB25 transaction code,it will give reservation for materials.i think ur problem will be solved

Why cant u run MRP... If u don have the plan for MRP..You just run a trial MRP.. You need not convert planned orders into production ordeers..You will get the Prs raised as per the requirement..

If in need of more,kindly revert..

You can get the all list of reservation in transection code MB25 for the month and then they can raise the PR for all materials.
