Hi Experts,

Iam getting the the below error

Page not found or not available

while click on KRA/KPO template iam getting the above error for all the users except admin users

how to resolve this

Hi Shilpa,

I hope you checked all.

Can you check whether everyone role with end user permission assigned to the Portal Content.

That might be the reason for the issue.

Since Super Admin have owner permission to all the folders so they can see the content, but that is not the case with other users who don't have Super Admin role.

Check the roles assigned to the user, they end permissions etc!
