User Mapping error

Hello Everyone

We have just upgraded to GRC 5.3 and We are customzing the CUP

I have LDAP( Active Dir) as data source and also user details source and authentication system as LDAP too

But I have users like krister strusburg whose user name in SAP is SKRISTER but in LDAP is STRUSBURG , so when I try to provision access it says STRUSBURG doesnt exist in RDD( backend)

I have populated the field mapping for LDAP , but in the additional coloumns I have SAP_USER_ID mapped to sAMAccountName , but still doesnt work

and If I map SAP_USER_ID to userprincipalname it picks the user ID as email adress of krister and it picks the first 8 charchters of the email adress and give the same error as above saying that its isnt in backend (this is expected) even the LDAP admin couldnt help me

I Am just stuck I just want to do such a mapping that SAP_USER_ID should match the user ID in LDAP

Can any one help me on this by sharing thier knowledge

Regards

Olivier
