IM Budget Need Help

Hi all,

Weu2019re using IM for investments plans. I have 2 questions regarding with IM.

First of all management, wants to restrict that IM expenses with reference to internal order cannot exceed accepted IM budget.

And second one is IM budget created for year 2008 must not be used for year 2009, 2010 or etc.

Hi,

Create the Investment program (IM01) specify as budgt dist overall,

Create the Investment Position (IM11) ,specify allowed measures as the IO ,specify the fiscal year starts & end

Create the Budget in IM32

Create Budget distribution ( IM52)

Allocate the Budget to Internal order in KO22,allocate budget year wise & over all will calculate.

when the budget exceed the I/O will get block.The budget also used within the allocated budget in that fiscal year.
