ByDesign integration with Successfactors

I am working on integrating Successfactors-EC with ByDesign. Though the available documentation says integration is delivered out-of-the box.

I included Cloud Integration in my Project Scope and upon creating Communication Arrangement I do not see any application to select for "EC Integration".

I could not find any document as to how to enable this and therefore not able to proceed with my Integration. Has anyone done this and if yes, please guide me as to what are the configuration steps that i need to follow to successfully complete the integration.

Any help would highly be appreciated.

Lee - Thank you so much for the link. I had already referred this link and downloaded the Configuration Document from there and performed configurations. While checking the connectivity in Communication Arrangement, I receive the error "Error accessing service; Service Ping ERROR: Internal Server Error (500)" and I do not have any clue about this error and could not get any documentation.

Any guidance on this would be helpful.

No. No documentation is available unfortunately.

If someone has some documentation on the subject and can share the same, would be more help for us to resolve the issue.

Thanks for the response. I did refer this KBA. Unfortunately, not much of an information is available in this KBA. I also referred few other KBAs but none of them helped me with solution.
