Crystal Reports XI R2 Not Acrobat 9.1 Compatible!

I just recently upgraded my Adobe Acrobat Reader to 9.1 and when I was accessing my ASP.NET website and tried to run a report I received a dialog box that stated that the report could not be displayed using the version of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed and to use version 8 or 9. Anybody run into this and how did you solve it or is there a patch for this version of Crystal that will fix the problem?

Thank you,

Steve

Hi Steve,

There are other known compatability issues with Acrobat Reader also. We are working on resolving these issues. This is a new one though. If you open the PDF by copying the exported file locally first does that work rather than over the WEB?

Thank you

Thank you for your reply. I have to appologize for this post. In order to get around it I had uninstalled Adobe Reader 9.1 and was relying on my Adoboe Acroboat 7.0 install and it worked just fine. I just installed Adobe Reader 9.1 again fresh and it seems to be working now. Very strange that I would get that message and when I uninstalled the first time it said it was uninstalling 9.1. Seems to be working now and if anybody else experiences this just uninstall and reinstall Acrobat Reader 9.1.

Thanks,

Steve
