while installation of CRM fresh copy, errors CJS-30005 and FCO-00011

Hi All,

While I was installing CRM for the production system, in the installation phase, I encountered with the error msg:" An error occurred while processing service SAP CRM 5.0 Support Release 2>SAP Systems>MS SQL Server> Central System> Central System Installation. You may now

1.press Retry to repeat the current step.

2. press the VIEW LOG button to get more information about the error.

3. stop the task and continue later.

logs files are written to C:\program Files/sapinst_instdir/CRM05/SYSTEM/MSS/CENTRAL/AS

RETRY View log Stop"

the errors in log file:

ERROR CJS-30005 Cannot change SAP Drive for system CRP from 😧 to C: share saploc exixts.

ERROR FCO-00011 The step createFirstSystemDirectories with step key \NW_Onehost\ind\ind\ind\ind\0\0\NW_Onehost_system\ind\ind\ind\ind\1\1\0\NW_System\ind\ind\ind\ind\6\0\CreateFirstSystemDirectory was executed with status error.

Can any suggest me sutable methods to solve the issue. Thanks in advance.

Did any previous installation take place on this server?

For instance, system CRP was installed on this server and then uninstalled (for some reason).

ERROR CJS-30005 Cannot change SAP Drive for system CRP from 😧 to C: share saploc exixts.

Shared folder /saploc already exists in D drive so first you have to remove the sharing and create the same into C: drive and shared it again

or make the 😧 drive the installation drive for SAP. (I presume you already have an instance running on that box)

I tried removing the shared folder and restarting system and making sure that the folder does not exist, but again i was having the same problem. i am again pasting the log file with some more information.

I had give the D drive for the sap installation. no other instances are running.
