SAP Enterprise Crystal Reports - paramater is case sensative

Hi,

I have a report which uses a parameter the problem is that it would seem the report only returns the values when the case in the parameter is in uppercase. If I use lowercase it doesn't return any results.

Could anyone assist me with how I over come this please? Im using SAP Crystal Reports for Enterprise and I cant seem to find a select expert option only a record filter and interactive filter.

Two options

Main menu File-> Report Options check Database server is case Insensitive

If that does not work change your select filter

uppercase(yourfield) = uppercase(?yourparameter)
