no messages in MONI

I am facing a strange problem.

I am using 7.1

Sent a message from Soap to Proxy. The message processed succesfully ( I can see that on ERP)

the scenario is ASYNC. However i checked LOGGING_SYNC and other param in SXMB_

ADM, seems to be ok.

I do not see entries in MONI or RWB->Message Monitoring.

this s really strange...

any suggestions, guys?

Hi Venkat,

Cross check once that you have LOGGING Runtime parameter with current value 1 and default value 0 in SXMB_ADM.

Hi,

how do you know it processed in ERP - can you see your msg in SXMB_MONI of ERP........

in XI in SXMB_ADM, check parameter LOGGING and TRACE for asynch scenarios............

moreover, in RWB in comm channel monitoring, see in sender SOAP comm channel, there is any msg or not..............

check if some job is scheduled for archiving or deleting msgs in XI............
