External Personnel no.

Dear All,

I want to assign external personnel no means given by user but am not able to do how we do plz give me step for configuration that thng.

Hi

Goto Tcode PA04 and create 2 different no. ranges.

Ex: Range 01 - 00000000 to 00009999, 02 - 00010000 to 00019999..so on. Take care that the no. ranges do not overlap.

Range 02 check it as External

If you want different no. ranges for different, then using feature NUMKR, you can default no. ranges

by assigning return value 02

then goahead for hiring action system will ask you to enter your personnel num .
