Regaridng Viewing the document IN CV02n

Hi DMS gurus, I have a doubts regarding document viewingin CV02N. I have created a document with files extensiopn .mht.for this i have created work station.if i want to views the document in change modes it displays error saying "Error while callin EAI Viewer"

Please helps me to sort it out

Thx , to all , the problems was solved.as the problems was from customisation in workstation
