Automatic Packing

Dear All,

I have maintained necessary settings for Automatic Packing.

1. Automatic Packing at Delivery Type

2. Packing Instructions

3. Packing Instruction Determination

4.

In Delivery Document, Packing Proposal is getting captured & Expanded.

But still in the delivery, I need to Exercise the option of Extras - Automatic Packing ( Ctrl+F3) in order to pack the items. HUMs are not getting generated automatically in the delivery.

Can you please guide me , if I have missed any setting.

HUMS:

1. Chek IMG --> LG --> HUM --> Basics --> Define Packaging Material Types

Here Choose the Material and Click details screen, verify filed "Number aasgmnt" = Number range Interval 'HU_VEKP'

2. Check and Execute BADI_HU_AUTOPACK

IMG --> LG --> HUM --> System Modifications --> Business ADD-INNs in Handling Unit Management --> For Automatic Packing

Hi Nikhil,

You seem to have done all the correct settings. There could be a bug because of which automatic packing does not happen. Could you check if Note 965157 is implemented in your system?
