installation of an antivirus

We wish to plan the installation of Kasperksy on our waiters(servers) application software (McAfee is already installed(settled))

Can you inform us about the various constraints bound(connected) to SQL server on 2005 and SAP business One?

Gordon is correct.

If you install two AV, it will create problem for your server itself.

If you wish to switch over, in this case first uninstall the old AV then install the other one...

My question why u need a change in AV, Since it is not advisable to install two AV in a same PC.

Try updating the same AV u have, daily...

As far as I know, only one Antivirus software should be installed. If you install another, it will be problematic not only for B1.
