Custom Fields in SLFN for Work Center Incident Management


Hi Experts.

Using the information given in [this|] [original link is broken] [original link is broken] [original link is broken]; webblog I added custom fields to a support message.

Is there any guide how to make those fields available in Work Center Incident Management (webdynpro)?

I have been able to customize the gui to get a new tab strip and a custom field but I am not sure which function to use to read/write information to that field (technically) after value has been added. I wonder if there is something pre-definded (standard, based on the floor plan manager) I could use?
