WBS Budget. How to supress update of the assigned value.

There are acctual cost (cost element XXX) on WBS element.

So there are assigned values againts budget.

I want to sell goods with the same cost element XXX from WBS element without changing of assigned values.

Remark:

I can not exempt cost element XXX in Customizing for availability control. Because I want to cotrol budget against of the cost element XXX.

How can you sell and post the amount to a cost element? Cost element is for capturing expenses, not for revenues.

Do you meas transactions OPI1, OPI2 (define value categories) ?

The cost emement in question is not assigned to one of value categories.
