Hi Marwan,

Beside some ways, I suggest you use Drag & Relate function.

1. Open any form have Item code what do you want to find.

2. Drag it and relate to Sales Order Detail in Dragℜlate.

3. View result.

Hi,

inside the Sales Order template, SAP Business One provides you with the ability to search in all SO for the following fields;

  • Customer Name
  • Customer Code
  • Document No.
  • Posting Date
  • Delivery Date
  • Document Date

but to achieve your inquiry, you should use SAP Query Generator, Modules > Tools > Queries > Query Generator.

Sales Orders associating with two tables in the database; ORDR for header, RDR1 for the document body,

put the RDR1 table in the Query Generator, chose the fields that you want, then in WHERE field chose the item that you want to implement the query for, don't forget to put the item between '', as showing below,

hope this helps,

if this helps please let me know,

this scenario in SAP Business One 9.2 PL08

Hi,

You can also try from Sales Reports->Sales Analysis--> Item tab-->Sales order.

Refer attached screen capture,
