Mass change email by FK02/LSMW

Hi Experts,

I'd like to mass change the email address and Standard communication method in vendor master data by LSMW. But when I tried to record, the two fields are not found. I can change them directly by FK02.

I suppose it's because the two fields are not in table LFA1. Then how can I change them by batch input?

Hello,

When you are doing the recording for FK02 or XK02

Try to check

Address Check box

USE CENTRAL ADDRESS MANAGEMENT (if you do not check this check box, your email address and standard communication method will not be available)

Hi all,

I've read all your messages, i have the same problem: i am not able to update email adress with LSMW/XK02. I am using standard batch/direct input method. Can you please tell me the path to activate and display email adress.

Hi Eunice,

In case you want to use LSMW - which import method are you using?. If you use recording - you should be able to enter data into this field in FK02 and does not matter in which table the field is.

Alternative solution as alrady suggeste is to use tr. MASS or XK99.

Hi Jan,

I tried "Standard Batch/Direct Input" and also "Batch input Recording" in LSMW. I cannot find the fields in the first method and cannot input the fields in the latter one.

Also tried MASS, same as XK99. Any other suggestions?

You may use XK99 for Vendor Master(General Section)

Hi Harmees,

XK99(general section) allows to change fields from LFA1. The two fields don't exist in LFA1. So cannot be choosen to be changed.

You are right. These 2 fields are not there in LFA1.

However, I agree with Jan if you are using LSMW recording you should be able to change any field.

Alternatively, you may use SHDB for BDC

SHDB has the same screen with the "Batch input Recording" by LSMW. The two fields are not there for input.
