Dunning-SAPScript-Footer text-gap in between lines

Hello all,

I have given address in the footer text that comes to around 5 lines, by default some gap is coming in between these lines, I want to remove/supress these lines. Can some one help me in this.

I have tried other threads, google..other paragraph formats and fonts but was unable to take away these lines....
