Hi, I am currently operating in S/4Hana 1709 system. I configured the system to generate the quotation from the service order. When I created the service order (not released), I can see that the planned costs are reflected. In the DIP configuration, I have set the standard fields such as activity type, cost element, material, product, object number, period, transaction currency, and UoM as characteristic fields. However, when I ran DP80, it just output a message 'no data selected'. If I remove the Product field from the characteristic list, I get the 'no expenditure items found' message. Either way, the system does not seem to extract any relevant cost for material determination.
I ran ODP2 to check the DIP settings and was alright.
I have also looked at this forum but none of the suggest solutions help in resolving this problem. Has anyone encountered this before?
Would someone be able to at least guide me on what function module I can set a breakpoint on to debug the problem?
