Please help.
Hi Raja,
REL,MSPT,DLV,PRC,CSER,BASC,BCRQ,GMPS*
CSER = Error in Cost Calculation
This problem arries perticullerly for this order only or for all orders (of one material / or for same order type)

Actual cost refers to the cost of materials issued in 261... So you might have not issued the materials..
Or the materials would have not been maintained with proper price..
please check..
Total Actual Costs
Total value of the actual costs.
This value is calculated with the following formula:
Total actual costs = Actual cost debit + Actual cost credit
Use
In Cost Object Controlling, the actual debit of a manufacturing order normally results from material withdrawals, confirmations, overhead allocations, and so forth.
The actual credit of a manufacturing order results from the delivery of the order to stock. The actual quantity of the order is valuated with the planned price according to the price control.
The total value of the actual costs is the sum of the actual debits and actual credits.

Hi Raja,
Check whether the goods issue has been peosted. From the status & the cost trend it seems that the in FG material master there is no cost mentioned. Kindly check & revert.
The planned cost is showing is because of the cost mentioned in the material master of all the components.
If the above said is true then do the GI & then check the cost trend again.
Hope this helps you.
Anything else please let me know.

Raja,
Of which are you talking about? Is it FG? It's not an issue whether it's standard or moving average price. The only thing is in this case is ther any cost metioned in MAP field. If it's there & system status is DLV then the cost of that should have been picked & shown in the actual cost.
Have you checked the GI too.
Revert after checking.
