now we have two team, one is team A and team B.
In solution manager service desk, both team will create ticket inside same system.
Is there any possible to configure as team A able to display only sold-to party A ticket in crm_dno_monitor and team B not allow to display on ticket create by team A.
Is there i can configure on sold-to party (business partner) on Authorization Group in control tab?
or i can configure base on SU01, user id to put in limitation and authorization view on specific sold-to party ticket?
