New Tab under Customs Management : Classification in GTS

Dear GTS Experts,

We have a requirement to add new tab say "XYZ" next to "Classification Help" tab under Customs Management : Classification in GTS. This new tab need to have further various actions to perform. We can create a separate z transaction code to call new screen having all these various action to perform but business wants to include under Customs Management : Classification.

Please advise how can we achieve this. I didn't find any BAdI for the same. It there any config to control these menu options or need to achieve this via technical change. Please help me with technical details if any.
