Hi gurus,

when I confirm a production order as Final Confirmation but the quantity is less than planned quantity, the production order status is not CONF, else Partial Confirm is set. Why?? Can I close this Production Order? I would prefer the status would be CONF not PCON..

Thank you!!

I will revvard all answers.

Daniel,

I think you are performing Confirmation with "Automatic Final Confirmation" as the option. During confirmation you need to Select "Final Confirmation" and then perform the transaction, then system would set that as the last confirmation or the order and would set CNF status.

Now you can try posting a Confirmation with Yield "0" and then choose the automatic confirmation and post, I am sure program would set the order to CNF status.

Dear,

If you confirmed final operation with partial quantity then also order status is PCNF this is standard SAP functionility. You can distinguish it by using COOIS

You can change the status from PCNF to CNF by full delivery.

Dear Brahmankar,

I have a requirement

In day to day business process ,due to operators error.

If the production order is 10 PC,and if the final confirmation is done for 6 PC by mistake.

The Staus of the order now changed to CNF,and we are not able to do confirmation for the remaining 4 PC.

Is ther a way to override the status of the order and work based on PRD qty.

That is even if by mistake the order is final confirmed ,we need to have the flexiblty to confirm the remaining order qty.

Let me hve the steps for the setting to be done,

iam try to work to work wth user status,if some thing can be done to override the system staus of the order.

your response is required sir,

thanks
