Unable to update characteristic

Hi,

Iu2019m trying to process a catalog (the first one in this system) and we have an extra characteristic u201CZu201D.

When Iu2019m giving a value to the OCI field the system returns me the following message: Unable to update characteristic xxxu201D.

Do you know whatu2019s the problem?

How can I solve it?
