Reprint checks

Hello Everybody,

We have printed a check through F-58. The check is destroyed. How do i reprint the check.

Kindly let me know the steps.

hi,

FBZ5 is used to print checks

FCH7 is used to reprint checks once you can set up the void reason code.

FCH9 is used if you just want to void the check.

Hi Everyone,

When the cheque is spoiled, you can't just use FBz5 to reprint the form as the cheque no is not usable anymore.

My advice is go to FCH7 to reprint the cheque on either the new pre-printed cheque, or even the new manual cheque no.

Go to FCH7, enter the damaged cheque no. and the new cheque book lot which you have created earlier through FCH1. This way, it will void the damaged cheque, and assigned a new cheque no. to your payment.
