Infoview report sometimes generate error RFC 00101

Hi all,

I am quite new to Business Object. We are using BO XI R2, recently some of our Infoview reports generate the following error "No Server available to process request error RFC 00101" when it was run, but after trying it a few times, it run successful.This error normally happen during the peak business hours.

Can anyone shed some idea on this?

Hi Tim ,

If it is webi report . you need to increse the Maximum connection perameter in Webi server. Default it 50 connects per one Webi Processing server. The best way to create the new webi processing server from the CMS.

I am getting the same error sometimes. Could you please explain what exactly you have changes in the setting of theCMC.
