Hi friends,
I have a generic datasource defined on a R/3 table. The delta is defined on the field TIMESTAMP.
I have done the reinitalization .After some delta loads I have noticed that many delta records are missing .Any suggestion what could have gone wrong.
Thanks.
The issue was the way the keys were defined for DSO.

Hi
There could be a possiblity that some of the delta records might have missed because of not defining the safety upper limit or lower limit.
I would suggest you to load the missing delta records by "Repair Full request" so that the future deltas wont be disturbed. Also define Safety upper limit or lower limit to avoid missing detla records in the future.
Plz note that if you are defining lower limit then you can load data only to DSO or Master data.

Thank you all .I have investigated further and it seems that the data is coming properly till PSA .
At the time of update to DSO the certain records are getting dropped.I tried debugging the DTP and out of the 5 stages extraction ,filter ,transformation to infosource , transformation to DSO and DSO the records go fine till the transformation to DSO .But at the time of update to DSO the records are getting missed. There are no start/end routines.
Any clue??
