Dear Team,
I am facing abap Dump in my Server.
Runtime Errors DBIF_RSQL_SQL_ERROR
Exception CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB
Date and Time 07.04.2009 12:03:38
How to correct the error
Database error text........: "ORA-25153: Temporary Tablespace is Empty"
Internal call code.........: "[RSQL/READ/BSEG ]"
Please check the entries in the system log (Transaction SM21).
If the error occures in a non-modified SAP program, you may be able to
find an interim solution in an SAP Note.
If you have access to SAP Notes, carry out a search with the following
keywords:
"DBIF_RSQL_SQL_ERROR" "CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB"
"J_1IEWT_PROVISIONS" or "J_1IEWT_PROVISIONS"
"VALIDATE_GSBER"
If you cannot solve the problem yourself and want to send an error
notification to SAP, include the following information:
1. The description of the current problem (short dump)
To save the description, choose "System->List->Save->Local File
(Unconverted)".
2. Corresponding system log
Display the system log by calling transaction SM21.
Restrict the time interval to 10 minutes before and five minutes
after the short dump. Then choose "System->List->Save->Local File
(Unconverted)".
When I check my Temporary Tablespace via brtoools

So can I add one data file in 4 option.
via
SQL>alter tablespace temp add tempfile
'/sapdata2/temp.data1' size 200M reuse
autoextend on next 10M maxsize 20000M
or via BRtools
thanks
Hi,
Use
sqlplus / as sysdba
alter tablespace PSAPTEMP drop tempfile '/oracle/QAS/sapdata2/temp_1/temp_data2';
Regards,
Mark

Yes,
PSAPTEMP has size 0; in order to be able to use it, you will have to add at least one file, using either one of the methods you mentioned.
regards
PS: In case you are going to use SQL:
You will have to give the full path name. And this is probably a bit longer than '/sapdata2/temp.data1'.
