customers are not replicating from ECC to CRM

Dear experts

We have a scenario where we have to replicated the customers with new sales area .

we have created the customers with the new sales area but we are unable to replicate it automatically every time we have to run the customer_main then only we are able to replicate the customers to CRM.

we are able to replicate the customers automatically with the old sales area.

I already maped the new sales area to the CRM.

Delta load is already activated .Could you tell us what could be problem.

Check if you have Filters , defined in your Site ( SMOEAC ) against the download Objects , for Sales Area .

No filters have been maintained in SMOEAC.
