RTCCTOOLS in satellite system not working

Hi Experts,

I'm currently configuring the EWA in solution manager SR3.When i try to run the RTCCTOOLS in sa 38 tcode it is not showing the missing addons or configurations.Instead it is showing only a missing note number 091488.But when i try to implement the same note it is giving the information that it cannot be implemented.Kindly help in configuring the same.

Hi All,

Me too getting the same message when executing RTCCTOOL in SE38, it is not showing the missing addon.

but getting the message as Note 091488 missing.

If any one solved the this, kindly let me know the steps to proceed.

The RTCCTOOL updates/corrections are contained in component ST-A/PI. Upgrading same to latest levels should help resolve your issue.

Note 69455 - Servicetools for Applications ST-A/PI (ST14, RTCCTOOL, ST12)

Also, could you paste the error details that you are getting?

Note 91488 contains general information to prepare a system for EarlyWatch Alert, Service Delivery by SAP Support or as a Self-Service in SAP Solution Manager.

The note can not be applied via SNOTE, because it contains no correction instruction. Just follow the instructions.

Apply add-on ST-A/PI (see SAP Note 69455).

It will contain the current version of RTCCTOOL.
