When entering a sales quotation on the SAP mobile app. The following error come up:

invalid value [QUT1.Vatsum] [line1]- the di call#1 did fail.

How do I fix this?

Hi Stephanie,

It looks like a user error or a coding error. From the sales quotation value that you enter, your code (that you call/execute in the first line) cannot count the total VAT, or at least it thinks that it's not valid. You should check your own code --> when is it throwing this message?

Is it throwing this independently from the value that you enter? Or is it throwing it only when you don't enter a whole number/integer?

Is it throwing this when the total VAT is not a whole number/integer?

Furthermore, this question definitely don't belong to SAP Mobile Platform tag. --> what SAP product do you use exactly? What was used to develop your mobile app? Please add some more details.
