Campaign in Status "In Approval"

Hi All,

there are several emails that are since some time in status "In Approval". The person who should approve them is not in the company anymore.

We are not able to delete them and we also can not send them for approval to another approver. Does anybody know what to do in this case?

Sorry...Have no idea for Cloud. May be you can raise an Customer Incident and you can ask them to do the adjustment at the back end.

If you allow me another question.

What is planned in future in reference to the campaign approval process?


Can I set up a substitute if somebody is not approving the campaign within a timeframe? Right now if a person is selected to approve a campaign and the person can not do so the campaigns stay in status "In Approval". This is not very good in my opinion as these campaigns can not be changed anymore until the person whom has to approve the campaigns is approving or rejecting them.

I would ask you to open an incident on the BC-BMT-WFM component.
