Need Clarification on Condition types used for LST/CST

Hello Gurus

I have maintained customer tax classification and material tax classification on Condition types JIVC ( CST)and JIVP ( for VAT) in the respective master records. I have maintained the same condition types JIVC and JIVP in my pricing procedures. Is this correct?

For the states of Gujrat and Kerala I need to maintain CST and LST surcharge over above the LST/CST taxes. I am using Condition based tax determination TAXINN.

Please let me know which condition type can be used for LST/CST Surcharge( are there any standard condition types for the same?)

If no, can I copy the standard condition types JIVC and JIVP respectively for LST/CST Surcharge? What are the other dependent configurations for the same?

Please clarify

Warm Regards
