Year end balances

Dear All,

I was trying to up load year end balances through SE11/SE16, Table J_2IACCBAL for RG23A, C and PLA EDu2019s, BED, Ecess, SHECess. After updating them manually I can see them at Table level, but I could not found them at Excise Invoice level (J1IIN) u201CBALANCES CHOOSEu201D(F8) and we are using immediate utilization.

If I procure any Raw materials, Capital goods RG23A & RG23C are getting updated, and if put balance in PLA, itu2019s also updating (for this financial year). But, how will get back the year-end Balances

How will get them (year end balances) at J1IIN level?

Plz suggest me.

Dear Ramu,

System doesnot bring balance for all the register from J_1IACCBAL table instead this will be picked from the relevant G/L account maintained for each registers. So kindly check whether you have maintained balance for all G/L account and check J1IIN balance screen.
