error in Fleet management customising

Hi all ,

I am almost finish customising a system for FleetManagement However I am Having a problem with the following.

1. On the Equipment master Fields "Material comsumption and consumption Tolerence" I have created the customising however i am not seeing a drop drown.

2. When running IFCU Trans I get the error. ITOBFLTCON011 RULE FOR ISSUING MATERIAL NOT FOUND. How ever in customising i have created that rules .

3. PMIS MZIC i run this report and it gives me no data found i have created data using IK11 .

Your Assistance will be greatly appreciated

hi john,

1)If you have done the custmization correctly then you must get the dropdown in that tolrance range.Check ur setting again.

2) for not getting that error i can tell one procedure go in SPRO settings of fleet Managment and then Define Key and Cost Object for Updating Material Documents.

Here we define the settings for calculating the cost of the material. Generally we take a standing order for the cost collecting. And what the key for material consumption we are creating here, we have to use it in the Fleet master data for cost calculation.

For calculating the cost following are the essential things:

i. Create a Normal PM01 order. Assign that material to the order with the open quantity. And release it.

ii. Assign this order in the standing order field of that fleet Object.

iii.. Run the transaction IFCU. And when the material will be putting there, the inventory will be detected and the cost will automatically be updated in the actual cost field of that standing order.

iv. One more thing the IS of Vehicle consumption data is S114 and for Order (almost all standard IS). These all IS should also be updated with same Period (May be days wise or month wise but period should remain same.)

3) For updation of MCIZ report you have to do the following settings:

SPRO->PM & CS->Information Systems for Plant Maintenance and Customer Service->Configure Measurement Document Update.

Here you have to mention your Defined Measurenment Positions.

1. That is my Frustration, the customising in Spro is done.

A GM to Asset 03 241 242

B GM to Settlement Order03 261 262

C GM to Cost cente 03 201 202

D GM to WBS Element 03 221 222

S GM toStanding Order 03 261 262

How ever in Equipment master i get this error on Drop Down.

Mat Consumption

Vehicle-specific F4 help cannot be processed

Message no. ITOB_FLEET113

The config i have done for Tolerence is :-

A 10 Percent Deviation 10 10 Information

B 30 Percent Deviation 30 30 Information

C 50 Percent Deviation 50 50 Warning

and still no Drop down

hi

i have configured you case and found drop down is working properly .check PLM extension is correctly active or not

For material tolerance key drop down ,kindly check in the IMG whether Selection is marked ,which will fullfill your requirement on drop down

Hi John,

Actually Tolerance related Settings are perfect.It must appear in drop down.As mentioned Check your PLM extension activation settings.

And for the other thing your Define Key and Cost Object for Updating Material Documents is also alright.But tell me Are you not able to assign the Indicator Consumption Recording: Material Movement or tolerance drop down not appearing.

1. I checked my PLM extension and there is nothing to activate.

2.Please explain what you mean as i cannot see a selection"kindly check in the IMG whether Selection is marked "

Hi Naveen,

I cannot view the drop down i have assigned the keys, and i cannot add a selection in i get the following errors.

Material comsunption when i click on drop down i get the error "Vehicle specifc f4 Help can not be processed.

system. However, if this is not the case, then this also leads to the

above message. If the Add-On has not been brought in, then the affected

input field should be deactivated in Customizing (using the field

selection).

while defining the tolerance key Permitted Tolerances in IMG ie A or B there one selection column will be there kindly check mark the same it will get displayed in the F4 for consumption tolerance in the vehicle technology tab

Hi John,

First Let me expalin the procedure to activae the PLM extension.

Follow the below path

SPRO ->IMG Settings->Activate Bussiness Extension->Enterprise Extensions->Select EA-PLM->Now select the check box of Planned Status ->then exicute Activate Channges.

First do this then let me know is there any problem.

Follow the following

I have checked my data and can not find anything wrong however i am not getting any data in MCIZ, do you have any thoughts.

I amgetting results after IFCU consumption etc.

Dear Naveen,

when I am running IFCU,

No information on first screen, I had created measure ment document also,my calculation method is 1(Usage volume / distance), but when I click on fleet information object, system gives below error

No usage maintained for item number of measuring point

No measuring points with measuring position FUEL

Please suggest what actions to be carried out.
