error in Fleet management customising

Hi all ,

I am almost finish customising a system for FleetManagement However I am Having a problem with the following.

1. On the Equipment master Fields "Material comsumption and consumption Tolerence" I have created the customising however i am not seeing a drop drown.

2. When running IFCU Trans I get the error. ITOBFLTCON011 RULE FOR ISSUING MATERIAL NOT FOUND. How ever in customising i have created that rules .

3. PMIS MZIC i run this report and it gives me no data found i have created data using IK11 .

Your Assistance will be greatly appreciated

    hi john,

    1)If you have done the custmization correctly then you must get the dropdown in that tolrance range.Check ur setting again.

    2) for not getting that error i can tell one procedure go in SPRO settings of fleet Managment and then Define Key and Cost Object for Updating Material Documents.

    Here we define the settings for calculating the cost of the material. Generally we take a standing order for the cost collecting. And what the key for material consumption we are creating here, we have to use it in the Fleet master data for cost calculation.

    For calculating the cost following are the essential things:

    i. Create a Normal PM01 order. Assign that material to the order with the open quantity. And release it.

    ii. Assign this order in the standing order field of that fleet Object.

    iii.. Run the transaction IFCU. And when the material will be putting there, the inventory will be detected and the cost will automatically be updated in the actual cost field of that standing order.

    iv. One more thing the IS of Vehicle consumption data is S114 and for Order (almost all standard IS). These all IS should also be updated with same Period (May be days wise or month wise but period should remain same.)

    3) For updation of MCIZ report you have to do the following settings:

    SPRO->PM & CS->Information Systems for Plant Maintenance and Customer Service->Configure Measurement Document Update.

    Here you have to mention your Defined Measurenment Positions.
