Hi,

Please give me the solution .

In our project has divided their markets in North , East , West , South & Corporate for Each Region there will Module Specific Support Team ( Eg - North - SD, MM, FICO , South - SD, MM, FICO , etc). They were called as 1st Level Support Team u2013 So Now the Requirement is - When the User has created the Support Message from ECC as soon as he clicks the Send Button in the Support Message u2013 it as to be Determined Concerned Support Team of that Particular Region for that particular Module Automatically .

I could able to Succeed if it is only for Only Single Region u2013 By using PFAC directly I have Assigned Component with User u2013 It is picking Support Team Automatically. But or client have 5 Regions u2013 Im in bitter confussion how to go ahead.

how to do it?
