MRP run, create MTO planned order for MRP element OrdDS

I have 2 plants 6011,5005

Material ABC exist in both the plants. the material ABC is maintained as Make to stock in plant 6011 and as make to order in 5005.

If a STO from 6011 is created keeping vendor as 5005 for qty 5

Here in MD04 of 5005 plant, i am getting as OrdDs as MRP element. The qty is coming as Req qty

-5. This is correct,

But if i do MRP run in plant 5005, a planned order is created for material ABC.

Now the issue is that the planned order is not pegged as Make to order. Is there any way that I create a planner order as MTO in the plant 5005 and make it pegged to the STO.

It is not clear how you must have a MTO order (i.e. a planned order with some reference to customer order ) in 5005 if the requirement is coming from a plant where there is no MTO procurement.

The supply plant for the customer order is 6011 or 5005?

If is 6011, where you have MTS, then the planned / production order will have no reference to Customer order, then it cannot be transferred to 5005.

Please clarify your requirement
