Email from Notification


Hi EAM Gurus,

In Case of high priority service notification, I want to send an automatic email to scheduler or on call technician

I don't wanna use workflow, is it possible with enhancement?

Also this process should be done as soon as the notification is saved.

Is it possible with USER EXIT: QQMA0014?

or do I need to define a follow up action as a TASK?

I am waiting for your expert advice.
