Wrong billing rule in billing plan type

We use a periodic billing, and because we have to change how the invoice value is determined for each billing plan, I would like to know if it's possible to change the billing rule by default in billing plan type. At the moment, only the standard rule number 6 exist.

Thanks in advance for your help

I think in periodic billing you can not change any fields in the billing plan tab. If you want to change the value you can change the quantity evry time you want to change.

Hope this is useful

Hi again,

I don't know if I have been clear about our problem.

I'm going to explain again our problem.

We have a client with a specific periodic billing with periods of 4 and 5 weeks.

For example we have for this client the billing plan following :

a period from 22.02.2009 to 28.03.2009 (5 weeks) with Bill.value 1260.77 eur

a period from 29.03.2009 to 25.04.2009 (4 weeks) with Bill.value 1016.85 eur

a period from 26.04.2009 to 23.05.2009 (4 weeks) with Bill.value 993.34 eur

a period from 24.05.2009 to 27.06.2009 (5 weeks) with Bill.value 1266.07 eur

The client want the same Bill.value for the periods of 4 weeks and the same amount for the periods of 5 weeks.

Do you have a solution for that ?

Thanks in advance

Billing plan Determines the pricing procedure and other condition types will be used for billing during that defined billing plan setting for a perticular period. Now it depends on your system setting means for which Sales organization, distribution channel, division, material price group, customer pricing group you are using the billing plan. if you want to exclude of include certain customer of material define the same in customer hirarchy, and for material discribe in material exclusion group. the same you can differentiate as per sales area, for further clarification call on 9422708904

DCALABRE ,

No, it is not possible

The Billing Rule is standard in case of periodic billing plan. you cannot change it or maintain it.

Hi,

OK, the billing rule is standard in case of periodic plan and we can't change it. But is it possible to use a user exit to change the value to invoice according for example the number of days of the periode ?
