Hot to customize links to service tickets with open status in alert area!

Hello Gurus,

We need to customize a Alert in CRM 2007 that brings every service ticket with open status of the confirmed BP. I know this is not hard but i am not finding any documentation about it.

I found a example at Help.sap.com that have an example of what customer need:

The agent gets the call and when she confirm the business partner at Identification Screen, CRM brings service tickets with open status link of that business partner in alert area. With a simple click at this links in alert area, agent goes to the specific service ticket.
