Partner Function

Dear All,

I have created a partner function for sales engineer. At the time of sales order creation in the header partners iam entering sales engineer partner function and partner number. Is there any possible of entering multiple number of sales engineer partner numbers in the sales order?, if yes can i know the process to do.

Dear friend

Unique check box is for customer and vendor master only not for sales documents

Your requirement can be mapped

A partner function can appear only once in a sales document either at header or item level

Suppose if you want two or three partner functions in a sales header then you have to differentiate with different keys

In the fourth img activity partner functions you define your own key

as 1A (partner function)------> sales engineer 1

1B (partner function)------> sales engineer 2

1C (partner function)------> sales engineer 3

Put all these three partner functions in the determination procedure say TA

and assign this TA to your sales doc type

Now create an order and see along with the main partner functions SP,SH,BP,PY this 1A ,1B and 1C will also come at the header level

For system it is different

For you it is the same partner functions with more people carrying on the same partner functions

i have same issue as this ,

I did all setting mentioned here

now question is how do i trigger differ pricing for every partner function ( z1.z2,z3) at itel level

I am using all the partner at same time .

Hi

Remember, Partner relationship are maintained in two places.

1. Customer master data > Sales area data > Partner function tab ( for a Sold-to-party, who is the Ship-to-party, who is the Payer etc.)

2. In all Sales documents (at Header level and at Item level. You can find , in the Header details > Partner tab and Item details > Partner tab).

In SAP, it has been configured so that, you can maintain multiple Partners for one Partner function, in the Customer master data.

That means, you can maintain/store multiple SH,PY etc in the Customer master and in this case, when you create a Sales order, system will give you a pop-up of those available Partners for one function, from where you can choose manually.

But, this is not possible in Sales document.

You can maintain only one Partner for one Partner function in Sales document.

I mean, you can have only one SP, one SH, one BP, one PY etc at any given point of time, it may be Sales order, Delivery or Billing document.

So, do not try to put multiple Sales engineers in the document, system will not accept.

You can change those, provided allowed in cutomising, but you can not have multiple partners for one function in Sales documents.

In partnership determination procedure in partner functions you have to make sure thet the field UNIQUE is unchecked then you can maintain any number of partner function

Dear Rithvika,

I have checked by doing the the partner function as unique.Then in customer master system accepts to enter multiple partner numbers for one partner function, but when it comes to sales order am not able to enter multiple partner number which i need....so pls suggest..

Try by Unchecking the Unique inditcator in partner functions as said.

I have tried by uncheck Unique option for the partner function. Then i can only enter multilple partner number in customer master but not in sales order.

you have to do it for

partner determination for sales header

it will be below the partner determination for customer master
