two planned orders creation

Hi Guys,

I am using planning strategy 70 for the BOM and have PIR for the same, if the requirement comes for final material it is consume the PIR but creats two planned order for the BOM component one for dependent requirement and another one for dependent requirement , i want the system to create one planned order for both how to get that
