Problem with connecting to web dynpro's in Solman

Hi,

I am setting up a solution landscape and trying to setup Early Watch alerts etc for my systems, I have done everything upto actually setting up the early watch alerts. The problem I am having is when I select Setup Early Watch alerts and it goes off to a web dynpro I get the following message. "Service Cannot be reached" URL http://solmanserver:8010/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/dswp_earlywatch_admin call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available. Error 403 Forbidden, this also occurs on Self Diagnosis and I have even gone to transaction SE80 package dswp - bsp library - bsp applications - dswp bsp - pages with flow logic - dsmop.html right clicked and tested, this comes back with the same results.

Any ideas?
