Notification deletion

Dear All,

We want to delete some of notificaitons raised on 1st APR 2009, and the deletion staus date also to be changed to 31st March 2009.

Apart from this when we tries to open the concern Notification, the syatem should pop-up message by saying that "Notification has set for deletion and not available in the system" as how for when sales order got deleted that time we are getting similar Pop up.

Please suggest.

when you try to put the deletion flag through

Notifications->Function>Deletion flag-->set

System put Notification flag as delete Status: DLFL

System will not give Pop-up.

But if you want to customize this it is possible through

QQMA0002 QM: Authorization Check for Entry into Notif. Transaction

QQMA0026 PM/SM: Auth. check when accessing notification transaction

here you can use logic as if status is DLFL ,then pop up" "Notification has set for deletion and not available in the system"

Dear Thyagarajan,

My requirement is as follows:

1] We have created Notification[customer complaint] in the month of March 2009.

2] We want to set deletion as on 31st March, 2009: But actual we have set deletion flag on 1st April, 2009

3] When we click Blue button system staus:In the menu i will go to Extras--->change documents--->All

then i will get system status list, when i double click on DLFL [Deletion Flag] here I am able to see at what date this status has changed. Even this date also to be changed to 31st, Mar 2009 even though actually set deletion flag on 1st April, 2009

OR

We want message like "Notification 200000400 set for deletion" and it should not enter in to the notification itself.

In general if the notification is marked for deletion it will show some message in the status bar .but if you want some pop up during order change ,then check for user exit

you cannot able to change the date captured during status change ,it will captured by the system with respect to the system timings

Once we set deletion to Notification , We are getting " Notification completed, can only be displayed"

How to Archive the notification.

If you have marked the deletion flag for the notification ,then while entering the notification system will issue the message has deletion flag has been set

can you specify what is your exact requirement
