Excise Register numbers are not displayed on Outgoing and Incoming invoices

Hello ALL,

Why Excise Register numbering RG 23A Part I & II, RG 23C Part I & II are not displayed in either Incoming Excise Invoice, Outgoing Excise Invoice even after first and next number is available in the excise register numbering? What could be the problem?
