How to create a new Movement Type from MTV 261 ?

Dear All

I create a new MVT, Y61, by copy from Mvt 261. Tcode OMJJ.

I assigned Tcode Migo into Allow transaction.

I run Tcode Migo, A07 Good Issue, R08 Order. Key in Order Number, Mvt Y61. Press Enter.

In the line item detail, movement type is 261. I wana change Mvt in line item detail to Y61, but I don't know how to config it

Please help me solve this issues

while copying in OMJJ from 261 ; u get two options i.e copy all / copy only entry .

what did u choose?

If u choose copy all ; then u dont even need to assign t code migo to it as it gets copied by itself along with other data . and in header and line item - both places the new Mvt type is displayed .

In MIGO

Select Tool bar- Settings- Default values

In this against A07 Good Issue, R08 Order maintain Y61 and save.

It will come automatically.

My issue is not how to set default MVT for MIGO Transaction.

The issue is when you create a production order. System will automatic create a reservation. An this reservation link with Movement type. When you run MIGO, enter production order, system will get Mvt from Reservation. That's is my issue.

SO when you enter mvt in header,it's will not affect to line item because mvt of line item come from reservation.

Hi

It comes as default (you need to change it manually). If you want to set up it in IMG then the path is IMG - MM - Inv, Mgmt - Settings for Enjoy Transactions - Settings for Goods Movements (MIGO) - Settings for Transactions and Reference Documents - Check for MIGO - transaction / event as goods issue - For order - it is 261. Change it customized mvt type.

hi,

You shd create the new mvt type from OMJJ only...But did you assigned it to MIGO_GR, MIGO_GI....then only the system will take it into account while creating the GR and GI as per your requirement....

Check it once...
